Upon arrival, I was nicely greeted at reception and quickly checked into my apartment. I was even offered help with getting my luggage to the apartment. The apartment is large with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Additionally, there is a nice patio with a 6-seater table and chairs. There is a combined bathroom and laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom is also spacious with more than enough closet space and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equiped with a large fridge and a coffee maker (pods and milk are provided). The place is very clean. The framed pictures of Byron Bay on the walls are lovely and a nice touch, along with the tasteful furniture. There is a large carpark underneath for guests only. There is also a plunge pool which I did not use since the beach is so close. The hotel is within walking distance of everything and there is a wide range of great cafes and restaurants and other retail shops in Byron Bay.

Amazing apartment - spacious and the best equipped kitchen one could wish for. The Location was amazing - a 6min walk to the beach and centre and plenty of cafes to choose from within a 2min walk. We were travelling with a 15month old and were allowed to check in earlier. We were notified via text with very easy understandable instructions. Thank you for this- it made the trip so enjoyable and smooth.

A perfect location for our 3 night stay in Byron Bay. Room was exactly what we needed. Location was 100%. Right in the middle of Byron. Apartment was roomy and had a great selection of utensiles. Bed was excellent and comfortable. Carpark provided was secure and easy to negotiate. The only thing to say against it was there was no lift and we had two floors of stairs to negotiate from the carpark.

The location and apartment size were excellent for a 7 night stay. Check in was seamless and straight forward. Restaurants and beach were all in easy walking distance & the balcony offered an additional living area looking into the town. I would recommend BQA to friends & family & will visit again. Contactless check in was very smooth and simple. Room was much bigger than expected. Very clean and great decor. Free parking was very handy. The location was superb as it was close enough to the action yet far enough to get a quiet night's sleep. Will definitely come back again!
